Flagler Golf Receives Special Donation from the Ringhaver Family
ST. AUGUSTINE – The Flagler College golf teams received a special donation from the Ringhaver family. Flagler College Trustee Emeritus Randy Ringhaver was on hand, along with the entire women's golf team and coaches, for the unveiling of a set of beautifully framed clubs that were used by the late Elaine Ringhaver Riddle. The clubs are now prominently displayed in the new Flagler College Golf room. "We are very fortunate to have the Ringhaver family as long-time supporters of the Flagler golf program," said Santiago Cavanagh, the College's director of golf. In 2013, Mr. Ringhaver endowed a scholarship for the women's golf program in the name of his mother Elaine Ringhaver Riggle, who played golf in St. Augustine for many years and the family lived in a residence adjacent the grounds of Flagler College.
