CFB: FSU's Northrup to Undergo Knee Surgery

 TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Florida State junior linebacker Reggie Northrup will undergo surgery to repair the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) in his left knee later this month.

The Jacksonville, Fla., native injured the knee against Oregon in the Rose Bowl on Jan. 1.

Northrup started all 14 games in 2014, leading the Seminoles and ranking fourth in the ACC with 122 tackles. He was a two-time ACC Linebacker of the Week and captured All-ACC Third Team honors this past season.

For his career, Northrup has appeared in 40 games and made 178 tackles, including 7.5 TFLs.
