Knight Points to Work with SuperSpeed Golf Including Win at LPGA Dow Great Lakes Invitational

TULSA, OK (www.sportsdayjax.com) - SuperSpeed Golf, the leading provider of golf swing speed training programs, congratulates LPGA Tour player Cheyenne Knight on her 2nd victory at the Dow Great Lakes Invitational on Sunday

With her recent play, Knight has jumped to No. 40 in the Rolex World Rankings, 17th in the 2023 LPGA Race to the CME Globe and is moving closer to locking up a spot on the USA Solheim Cup Team.

When initially beginning to work with the SuperSpeed Team, Knight conveyed she felt like she needed to see improvement in her distance and swing speed despite successfully managing her game well overall. She felt like improving her distance off the tee and club head speed for shots out of the rough could give her a further competitive edge to be in the running for titles every week.

Her work with SuperSpeed Golf aims to re-define her gameplay, with a focus on how enhanced swing speed can positively impact all aspects of her performance. The initial results of the first 2 months of her focused speed training regiment have yielded positive results including increasing her ball speed from 128 mph to 136-137 mph on course in addition to her first LPGA title since 2019.

“The improvement in my swing speed has played a key role in my improved performance throughout this season and as part of my victory,” Knight said. “The SuperSpeed Golf system has shown me several detailed elements of my swing that have created an overall improvement in my distance and speed to really make a difference on the course.”

"Cheyenne is a great athlete and one of the most competitive LPGA golfers we have ever seen. With the added distance from working with the SuperSpeed products we are not shocked to see her back in  the winners circle." said Mike Napoleon, President of SuperSpeed Golf.
