NFL: Jaguars, Bucs, Dolphins Make Roster Moves

Brini played in 43 collegiate games (30 at Georgia, 13 at Arkansas), making 21 starts from 2017-22.
In 2022, Brini appeared in 13 games (nine starts) for the Razorbacks and totaled career highs in tackles (55) and tackles for loss (four), while adding two passes defensed and one interception.
He played in 13 games (11 starts) with Georgia in 2021 and helped the Bulldogs win the 2022 College Football Playoff. Brini is originally from Miami Gardens, Fla. and attended Mater Academy Charter.
Harris attended Central Florida from 2018-20 and played in 36 games, catching 49 passes for 987 yards and nine TDs. In 2020, he recorded career highs in receptions (30), yards (539) and TDs (eight).
He was drafted by the Los Angeles Rams in the fourth round (141st overall) of the 2021 NFL Draft. Harris appeared in 16 games from 2021-22 with the Rams and caught one pass for 6 yards last season. Originally from Palm Harbor, Fla., he attended Palm Harbor University High School.
Tampa Bay Bucs
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers signed wide receiver David Moore, outside linebacker Markees Watts, and safety Kedrick Whitehead.
Moore (6-0, 219) originally entered the league as a seventh-round selection (No. 226 overall) of the Seattle Seahawks in the 2017 NFL Draft. In 50 career games (14 starts) between the Seahawks, Denver Broncos and Green Bay Packers, Moore totaled 78 receptions for 1,163 yards and 13 touchdowns.
The Gainesville, Texas, native played collegiately at East Central University (2013-16), amassing 157 career receptions for 2,775 yards and 35 touchdowns.
Watts (6-1, 240) played collegiately at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (2018-22). In five seasons, Watt finished with 177 total tackles (31.5 for loss) and 21.5 career sacks.
He ranks first in program history in games played (54) and sacks. The Lancaster, S.C., native was named All-Conference USA Honorable Mention three times (2019, 2021-22) during his time at UNCC.
Whitehead (5-11, 195) played collegiately at the University of Delaware (2018-22), finishing with 295 total tackles, 25 passes defensed, five interceptions, three forced fumbles and three fumbles recovered in 55 career games.
His 295 tackles rank sixth in program history among defensive backs. The Middletown, Delaware, native was an All-CAA (Colonial Athletic Association) selection in four straight seasons, earning first team honors from 2020-22 and third team honors in 2019.
In addition, the Buccaneers waived tackle Dylan Cook and outside linebacker Nelson Mbanasor.
Miami Dolphins
The Miami Dolphins announced they have signed tackle Cedric Ogbuehi and tackle Isaiah Wynn.
Ogbuehi has played eight NFL seasons for five different franchises, spending time with Cincinnati (2015-18), Jacksonville (2019), Seattle (2020-21), Baltimore (2021) and the N.Y. Jets (2022).
He’s appeared in 67 career games with 35 starts – 21 at right tackle and 14 at left tackle – and has played two postseason games. Ogbuehi was a first-round pick (21st overall) by Cincinnati in the 2015 NFL Draft after playing collegiately at Texas A&M.
Wynn was a first-round pick (23rd overall) by New England in the 2018 NFL Draft. He has played in 43 games with 40 starts in his five seasons (2018-22) with the Patriots.
He was part of a New England team that won Super Bowl LIII. Wynn played collegiately at Georgia and is from St. Petersburg, Fla..
