Flagler Women’s Soccer to Host ID Camp Aug. 4-5

 ST. AUGUSTINE – Flagler College women's soccer will host an ID camp this summer, Aug. 4-5, at Saints Field at the Flagler Field Athletics Complex.

The camp is open to high school players ranging from freshman (grade 9) and up.

A goalkeeper session will get things started at 5 p.m. on Aug. 4. There will be 11 vs. 11 scrimmages from 6-8 p.m. following that session. On Aug. 5, there is a technical session from 9:30-11:30 a.m. followed by a lunch break. After lunch, small-sided games will take place from 1-2 p.m. To wrap up the camp, a question and answer session with the Flagler team will be from 2-2:30 p.m.

Limited spots are available. The camp fee is $260, which includes both days and a Flagler T-shirt. Meals and lodging ARE NOT provided.

Orlando City SC to Face Cavalry FC in Round One of 2024 Concacaf Champions Cup

ORLANDO – Orlando City SC is set to take on Canadian-side Cavalry FC in Round One of the 2024 Concacaf Champions Cup. Specific match details, including ticket information, will be announced at a later date.   Orlando City was drawn into position A8 from Pot 1, being placed into Pot 1 by virtue of the Club’s standing in the Concacaf Club Rankings, with Cavalry FC being drawn into position B8 from Pot 2.   The 59th edition of the Concacaf Champions Cup, the region's premier men's club competition, will be played between February and June 2024.
